Question to Mr Voisin

My family and I own about 450.000 shares of UC Resources.

We really don't understand why we are kept in mistery about the current operations in La Yesca. It is frustrating that the company don't get/wants to take a finance with the bank instead of issuing shares again. As La Yesca hopefully is profitable in the coming weeks/months, I believe that this could be not a big problem.

Please give us some news asap, as we have big losses now, and we are missing the whole gold/silver-train with those shares.

I believe that Jim wants only to give an update when the production remains steady at 250 tons/day. But I believe that a simple update would ease much investors in this company.

We really hope to receive an answer, thank for that.
