It is so strange to me (as accountant) that UC is doing a next raise of capital, just to 'please' the individual investor.

Why not wait until La Yesca is doing well and the shareprice is rising to do a PP at higher prices ? i don't get it.

I don't have critics on management, but it seems so strange. This is not really creating shareholder value to me.

Please explain why the company is not waiting to do this second PP (if necessary) when the shareprice is higher ?
