Hi All

A matter of Fact it was not trading and not filed it yearly numbers for the TSX, It former CEO flew from the sinking ship and UC was broke....Jim brought it to the surface again and invested large sums into the company and has kept us above water ever since.

If it was not for Jim's hard work and him getting the old CEO to form a JV with Spider & Kwg well before he was ever on board the sinking ship, we would not have this wonderful opportunity in McFauld's.

The past company's group of people bought a pile of metal junk they called a mill on the property and said then we would be a producer...hehehehe....4 years later we are...GOOD on you JIM!

Jim brought a friend in from South America to help refurbish the metal pile to it a mill again.

So folks we have come a long ways in MHO to were we are to day bouncing around .10 and ready to fly to .30 or more with good news.

I am also a very long holder with over 200,000 shares and keep buy as I can from the people who jump this Blue Sky ship.
