Becasue I am trying to be conservative and give them time. I figure that'll be 60 days(ish) from the last annoncement of throughput rates. Which would give an average value as opposed to a spike and dip value in production from rushed numbers or inacurate chemistry.

Oh it'd be nice to have the info today but it's not here....so be it.
