actually i spoke to him about the crisis in sinaloa where their maize crop has been wiped out. and they supply 16% of mexico's corn for the tortillas. i did not realize behind the mountains was a rich agricultural land.

i just got back last week from 12 days in mazatlan, topolobampo, quaymas. and the weather had been great. quite a change!! he mentioned the area was like holland marsh.

and his answer to me was yes he too hoped things would get better for the people.

his only other comment before signing off was, 'ALL IS WELL.'

so, all is well and i don't expect any news to say that news is imminent because that sort of stuff costs money. and he doesn't do that type of thing. it's his show when he's ready.
