I was noticing the very same thing, earlier today. My take....some smart cookie is aquiring or building a position hand over fist. UC at .065 or even .07 is an incredible opportunity....a steal and IMHO any good news from Mr. V. and we're looking at an easy double. From a trader's standpoint....very sweet.

This one gets my juices flowing boys, both short and long term. :)
