Interesting comparison between the two.

1. BMK fully diluted 230 million..Uc 191million.

2. Uc has 7 Vms areas...BMK not sure maybe 2 -3 VMS

3. UC has a known copper zinc find at VMS #3..which appears to be open in several directions...very likely a mineable resource ..one day.

4. BMK has not found anything of real value so far.

5. BMK has properties in Sask...UC has Layesca,Lacolarada,Copalquin

6. BMK trades at 15-16 cents and has a major interested in their properties ie HudBay

7. UC trades at 7 cents

8. BMK does have a larger land position...maybe that's the difference.

Both are sitting at very low undervalued prices...JMHO.
