I agree Goldbaron...we have hugh wealth in McFauld's; and Let's Hope Cliff's doesnot like being 2nd with KWG and buys out our 55% share, 30 Million is too Little I think, It is a Great property and Jim was on the money 5 years ago when he suggested our Old CEO buy into this property for 55% JV when working for SPQ.

Yes our share if bought out would buy a BIG future for UC in Mexico.
