I agree with your likely timing on the JV, though Jim originally gave a sense of urgency to getting results out, which I interpreted as mid Sept best case. I'm a little concened (for no valid reason I hope) about the quarterlies. Usually out in 60 days, so pushing 3 weeks later this time, if not out this week. Revenue recognition accounting changes are the likely positive reason for the extra time being required. From my experience this is more time than should be needed for that particular item, unless there is some question about project life being raised.
