You have to ask yourself if UC sold an asset or a liability. One could argue each side there. I say they sold a mill. Scuse, millstone.

The numbers will be out Nov 30ish based on history. I suspect we will see a major news release at the same time. The huge cash input required for the Ring is no longer required, we are producing precipitation. I see a bright future. So does Mr Iwantawash, too.
