I just had a gander at the AGM package that came in the mail. I noticed that our President, Gary Monaghan owns exactly Nil shares in this company. Now he does have 2.4M options that have been awarded as compensation that are presently worth nothing but I found this a bit concerning.

Now, I don't see any reason for people to go into their own pocket to invest in a company they already work for....they are already heavily invested and there are no guarantees in life.

I will give you a news release that there likely won't be any major carrots, or positively great news releases until these guys dole out some more options to themselves that have a nice chance of being in the money. Dec. 15th is the AGM date.

As of now, this Gary guy has nothing of value here....at least he is properly incentivized now that he has made it his full-time career!

I'm going to guess that 2012 will be UC's year. If you're here now, you are a patient soldier so carry on!
