Well not really sure sist'r but Jim is also Prez, Ceo etc. for FMG which was start with the old Management team 5-6 years ago of UC.

Thought it was dead til Jim took it under his wing and knew of a Terrific property and then finally after 5 years Jim took it public for us long term seed investors and ofcourse new money came in also.
