Thank you for your inquiry and constructive criticism. First off, the question feature that you were looking for is available on new message threads only. When replying to a thread the system doesn't allow for the question indicator.

As for the sound quality, because this is done over Skype from opposite ends of the continent it is rare to achieve perfect sound. After reviewing the interview it seems that it is more than audible on our end. Have you tried adjusting your sound settings? Perhaps try a different computer? Having said that, this production is made for you the shareholders and we are more than happy to try and remaster the interview to enhance your experience.
