I agree that the timing seems odd HGS.

I know that the Principals of a company are restricted from trading whenever they are privy to material information not available in the public domain. Therefore we can deduce that at the date of Jim's sale, we & Jim knew all of the same material information.

Looking backwards, UC has had a lot of material information in the closet this past year. Unlike Truck, I have never had a bar tab that high (or the cash fow to cover it) so perhaps Jim (like me) has taxes to pay. This is not my business or my concern.

What makes the transaction odd is that I was optimistic that UC had turned the corner and that we would see some sunshine soon .... very soon. Like a double to $0.13 based on proof of concept - that La Yesca is commercially viable.

I guess it all rides on when you need the money and your confidence in the immediate future.
