Dear Shareholders,

Effective Friday March 16th, AGORACOM will no longer be providing Investor Relations and Marketing services to UC Resources. Please be advised that the UC Resources Hub will be converted to a free hub at that time. AGORACOM wishes UC Resources all the best in their future endeavors.
