Valid question there Lucky. Looks like Goldbaron answered that well.
It has always been a pet peeve of mine that there is very little info flowing out of the UC folks. Although I have never met Jim or Gary personally, I get the feeling that Jim likes to pinch a dime so hard, he has sank the Bluenose on 'er more than once. It does cost money to issue a blurb, hence we are often blurbless.
I and others often e-mail Jim and Gary and they are always wicked fast with their responses. That's good. Don't cost 'em a dime neither. That's good. They don't divulge anything material, just tidbits such as where they are actually at, the degree of nastiness of the bat poo-poo in the caves, Gerardo's footwear selection. Important anecdotal evidence of effort.
You can e-mail Jim at drift@golden.net or Gary at monaghan@ucresources.net. I think that's right.
If you got a chance to read my bash on them a while back before Agoracom pulled it for potty mouth and other issues, you will see that I chastised them severely. Then went out and instituted a buying spree for my own self at these laughable prices.
Someone was kind enough to deliver me 2000 shares on Friday at .04. Geez, thanks, the fee kinda brought that up a bit. Well, I will be back at 'er this week to see who else will donate shares at .04.
That's me at Scotia. Funny about these slim traders, you can actually see youself and one other knucklehead trying to buy. The other person is after a bunch more than I am, about 200K by the looks of it.
I do have an edge on other investors in UC, as my cat is fond of this stock and advises me regular like. Only problem I have is being out roaring around in the truck while the market is open, too dumb to operate a smart phone to do trades on the fly, and usually getting home with about 15 minutes to go in the trading day, and sometimes, like Friday, after the close. You would have seen some go through at .045 had I made it to me casa.
I used to use a shotgun to buy the little miners and such, and hit some amazing good shots. Black Sea Energy, Breakwater warrants, and a bunch of others. However a few pellets hit some seriously wounded ducks like Laidlaw and Redfern. Owwie.
Now, given that I wiped out a bunch of investments a while back, I am taking aim with a sniper rifle. UC is in the crosshairs for a while yet. The cat insists that the annual report will appear November 28 and will say good things. The world will not collapse. She says she can eat mice for another year anyway.
This is not a pump, nor advice to the widows and orphans of the world. Be careful. This UC thing is, to my mind, one of the most interesting targets out there. Not the only one and no doubt very dangerous to zone in on it. But, that's how we do.
