That prior paragraph is spot on topic in a left handed way. Electricity rates in Ontario are one of the main reasons we should all be thankful we bailed on the ROF. They are backpeddlin like heck on the power rates and the common dude will get stuffed agin to pay for the deals Ontario will have to cut to get reasonable priced power to Ringo. For myself, I am going to build a home made solar and wind whip around thinggy to get mine butt end of the grid. When mixed with a bunch of PBR tall boys, this should also prove interesting. Perhaps my wife will take a picture of my charred remains and share it if that goes south.
