I think I can answer that. Suppose you own 750,000 shares. Suppose you do not want the price to go up just yet so you can jump hard at low price when you get the urge. Suppose you want to keep a lid on things and have the ability (through number of shares and friends) to manipulate a bit. What do you do? Sell a small handfull (like 2500 a time) at $.05 to make some think it is not going anywhere. (Which is obviously working) For every 2500-7500 you sell, you buy them back (or more) from someone who has to sell at $.05 (thereby only costing a few bucks in commissions). Remember there are always people who have to sell, no one has to buy. Keeps the lid on for now and accounts for small volume's that make you scratch your head. Obviously, selling 400 shares at $.05 makes one pause and go (as the Truckulator would say) .............Really?

Best regards,
