It would seem only Wheel's feline knows the timing so I'll defer to it (him/her?). As for trading pattern, it would seem this is a classic wait and wait some more pattern where only those wanting a few dollars or needing them are selling. Often the trading pattern below $.10 girates because it is not normally on anyone's "alert" radar which can be set to notify an investor of volume/price changes over a preset percentage. Computers kick in and off it goes either up or down. I love low volumes pre-news because it sets up for better advanced warning.
