What don't make sense is this company is way undervalued yet we continue to hover between $0.045 to $0.065 for the past several months with the odd bump upwards to $0.07 to $0.08 or so.

Commercial Production? Would that get this staile SP moving again? And if so, how far along can they be? I know the answer to my own question, just I would like to hear opinions.
