I believe roughly 8 million of the shares that were sold by CIIH were actually warrants. That would leave approx. 12 million shares of UC that were sold. That is clearly less than 10% of the number of OS of UC. There would be no disclosure by the buyer(s) on Canadian insider unless purchased by an entity that would have gone over the threshold percentage of shares required to report as an insider.

Also........UC shares trade of the Alpha Exchange. Today's action is.....

You can see how many shares of UC trade of the Alpha Exchange here....hit the TSXV Venture Tab.....then enter UC into the symbol search.

For the record I purchased 500K UC shares on Oct. 30 via RBC Action Direct....100K shares at a time at 4 cents. I don't believe I made a dent in the TSXV ask (at 4 cents) until I bought my 3rd round of 100K shares. Most of the shares I purchased on that large volume day were via the Alpha Exchange.

For disclosure UC is now my largest position in terms of shares. I've now joined the million share club........maybe I've lost my mind. I got lucky with ECU a number of years ago buying 300K shares at 6 cents and never in my wildest dreams did I expect the SP to exceed $3/share. FWIW those are my 800K shares for sale at $0.495!
