For one pop can return (.10) you can buy a share in each of Jims' companies eg. .04 & .06. Meanwhile I see he recieved salary and bonus last year from UC only $120,000.00 and I believe some $75,000 in salary from FMG why would he want to merge them? I know the usuals will defend him and Gary but the share price says everything that needs to be said.
