Do they 'actually' need defending? Have YOU ever asked them about what is on you rmind?

From what I have experienced, seen, or heard, Jim & Gary respond very quickly. In fact, in our conversations Jim generally answere my EM's within a few minutes, if he is where he can do so.

EM them and try it, easier than feeling soo pesimistic.
