Approx 2 million options will fall off the table..ie expire

Approx 18 million warrants will also expire

Therefore our share dilution stats will go from 192 million to 172 million.

BTW when is the last day for tax loss selling. I will be happy to see that and 2012 behind us.

For the half full glass people....2013 has the potential to be a much better year...I wonder what one million shares of UC approx a $40,000 investment will be worth in one year...I think I will bookmark this one and we will see. I have many shares but I will be topping up my TFSA in a week or two.
