Actually, business wise, you make 'complete sense', especially since it is definitely within UC's capabilities. If UC branches out and aquires one of the other very profitable properties, which will soon be coming on line with the financial collapse of 'most' of our competitors this year, it may rise from a very junior to a mid tier one with a wheel barrow needed to go to the Swiss National bank..

There will be some fantastic properties freed up for 'sale' at the highest bidder with cash--You, UC.
