Great thoughts G/B. Before anyone beats me up on the following thoughts, know that I am long and bullish on UC because, as I stated before, this is a revenue producing company and I can participate at 2 cents!! But long is the operative word here.

That said, IMO commercial production is a given and has been factored into this for a while. Declaration of same will not move the needle much. What will move the sale price is four things (1) commercial production will loosen the purse strings of investors/financing which will lead to (2) further drilling announcements which will lead to (3) further discoveries and extraction for the mill which will lead to (4) additional revenue. In the meantime, $.02 is a joke and as with a lot of things, some things laid out before us we pass on in case it's a mirage. As stated wisely by someone else, what's in the ground (known) and what revenue is being generated (now known) is already worth more than 2 pennies.
