To my eyes both TD and Scotia (mostly TD) trade to themselves. A few times wouldn't necessarily be a problem but this has been a pattern for a while. That's why I mentioned I thought they were "W" trades. The two houses are managing or distorting the price. Quite often trading a the bid giving the illusion there is selling pressure. It hasn't been exclusively that way. The majority of the time though.
Volume tends to dry up when the price of silver declines or when the objective is achieved. The $1mm question is why anyone would want to sell a silver stock with such tremendous upside and a mere 2 cents. JMHO cheers.
