This is certainly an interesting development. I understand that SVLT is still a concept under development and suggest that this news should not be interpreted as the silver bullet for continuous and/or commercial production any time soon. I have requested the technology reports from SVLT to ascertain how far along they are towards concept realization, and it may be that the La Yesca build-out by ‘Daystar Technologies’ will serve this purpose. If so, I hope that SVLT will be financing the prototype facilities as they have already proven their ability to raise capital in the form of $6KK debt. I note that Gary has some involvement in corporate SVLT. If UC can negotiate a SVLT representation and distribution license in Mexico having first secured the rights to compete with the Mexican hydro-electric project within close proximity to La Yesca; it would be a non-complementary form of diversification for UC. I trust that these will be priority considerations during the 90 day ‘due diligence’ period. BTW SVLT looks to have experienced and connected legal expertise on their side of the table so let’s hope our executives are surefooted and fully informed.
