With all due respect Aafab, I personally didn't interpret the strategic relationship as a means to declare commercial production. The power & energy storage would be, hopefully, to continue consistent production when power has been historically anything but consistent. The rainy season is behind us. I would think commercial production could be declared long before the next rainy season. I agree with you that this is an interesting and possibly extremely positive development for UC. IMHO a rising silver price would currently be the most positive development for UC.
