ok, the plumber was here today to do what plumbers do best. and he was awaiting the granite vanity top people so he could put in the sink and water stuff. he was also awaiting the shower measurer to come for the glass measurements.

soooooo, facing reality, we waited. the granite top arrived and much to our chagrin, the top had not been properly cut. so, facing reality, i told the installer to take it back as it was inches too short. not sure how the top was measured that short as 'we' were there watching. hence, plumber could not put in faucets.

measure guy for glass in shower never arrived.

sooooo, don jose, it's time for the bacanora and the pen, i'll sign anything at the moment. mind you, oro y plata were up today.
