With all due respect, Z, I would take the position as a business owner that capacity is more important that inventory when it comes to considering vendor qualifications.

I know you are a very bright, and well informed individual. I mean no disrespect to you. I thought I had all the right answers when it came to Nanopierce, and why I thought the right thing to do was to invest more money in the company when others around me asked me to re-think my investment decision. Technically, I think there was good basis for the investment decision. However, I believe investors were mislead by management. I really don`t know if that was due to too much optimism on their part, or being something other than completely forthright with the investors.

Sometimes I wonder if this company, and others like it, aren`t just big games to a lot of people.

My heart really does go out to the honest investors. I don`t know what the terms of any special financing may have been when Vyta was formed. However, I suspect that the offering wasn`t at $.51 per share. I still hold about 4,000 shares after the reverse split. I`m hoping things change, and that results will be reflected in upcoming financials.

The lack of posting by the old longs suggests that there wasn`t much interest in buying into Vyta initially. I guess my opinion about not investing a cent in this venture until financials are published which support some of the company`s optimism haven`t changed at all.

I really do think you are a class individual. I also feel that you know a great deal about the industry and the potential. Maybe with you in a management position I might be inclined to form a different opinion.

Best Regards

Jeff
