Thanks for your opinion.

One of my weaknesses regarding Vyta is that I have not invested the time and energy to become an expert on Agrastim. (There's probably no way possible I could come close to the level of knowledge you now possess.) The reason for this is that I have a hard time justifying the amount of time and emotional energy (not to mention financial resources) that went into Nanopierce. Although Exypnotech has potential, the overall Nanopierce experience was a huge disappointment on many fronts. I believe my time is much better spent on my own field of expertise in terms of potential gains, because none of us has any control over the way this company is operated.

I am still a skeptic, as you are well aware. However, I do still hold a position in Vyta thanks to the shares I didn't sell. If I were committed to its downfall, I would probably attempt to short shares, although I'm not sure I could participate in that type of trading. That being said, I am hanging around to see what happens. In original investment dollars I probably still have almost $100k inveted in this company. It's not worth the consequences of the sale for me to unload it, so I watch Vyta with some interest.

FWIW, I do respect your opinion. I consider you one of the most valuable contributors to this board.... if not the most valuable. I would consider my investment differently if you were at the helm.
