Geoff,

Re: "It sounds like the kind of thing that Paul & Co. might throw in just to deflect criticism from anyone who was unhappy about the sale of 49% of ET. But maybe one day......"

You had me right up until that sentence.

The first company that signed the license agreement with Vyta Corp posted the license agreement on their web site.  They have been actively marketing.  I have been following it closely.  As to sales.....well, we'll see.  The second is yet to emerge.

As far as the sale of Exypnotech, I have little doubt it was a difficult move.  For me, there was a lot tied up, emotionally, in that business.  Vindication through commercial success would have been very appealing, though I have known for some time that this was the best business decision.

I agree with you that it is a good thing to have Exypnotech out of the picture.  It is my understanding that the deal is complete and the money as been transferred.  We now have one focus.  Of the two ventures, I am glad to have all my eggs in this basket, so to speak.

Best wishes for the New Year,

-z
