Geoff,

The 10-Q FILED 2-20-2007 disclosed.....

"In addition, in January 2007 the Company signed a six-month
Technology Agreement to permit a prospective licensee the opportunity to conduct a market survey relating to its NCOS(TM) technology. We believe that if the market survey is favorable the Technology Agreement may mature into a royalty paying commercial license the terms and conditions of which are under negotiation between the Company and the perspective
[sic] licensee."

This is the "first" agreement I was referring to. I do not know if this has ever been discussed on this forum, but it has certainly been "out there" for anyone to read in the filings.

Six months can easily turn into a year before you know it, and extensions can be granted when deadlines have been overly optimistic. I have no reason to believe the prospective licensee disclosed in the 10-Q is not one of the two companies referred to in the 12/31/2007 press release.

As to posting the link....

I have fidgeted over this since I started this post at around 5:00 AM. It is now nearly 9:00.

It is not an unwillingness to share my due dilegence......though I looked for this off and on for 3 months, digging through multiple search engines for hits like "license agreement", "manufacturing license", "Technology license", "Technology agreement", and numerous others. I found it after following a blog thread that took me through a labyrinth of connected blogs and websites. It was not obvious.

I have mixed feelings about posting the link here, simply because (as the press release stated) "the Company is currently negotiating", and I really don't want to screw anything up.

Best regards,

-z
