Just...

10-K's are released once a year, at the end of the fiscal year.  10-Q's are released after the end of each quarter.  If I remenber correctly, the fiscal year ends June 30, and the resulting 10-K comes out in September.  Vyta Corp has met all the filing requirements of the SEC for as long as I have been a shareholder.

I bought my first 1000 shares through a broker in 1999 at $4.00, at the suggestion of my brother-in-law, Rubberworm.  I still hold those shares, but, since the reverse split, they are now only 50 shares with a basis of $80/share.  Despite that, Rubberworm and I are still friends, and play an occasional game of darts while drinking a couple of Mike's Lemonade's together.  LOL

Those shares are not the most expensive shares I hold.  I have bought lots of shares since, and have averaged down quite a bit.

Besides my accountant, there is only one very good friend whom I have told how many shares I actually hold.  There used to exist a little friendly competition between us, but one day he suddenly jumped way ahead of me, and left me in the dust.

Sean Register is a consultant to the company, and while he is engaged as a sales consultant, and regularly engages in sales activity, he does not represent the entire sales force.   Sean has an assistant, too, who is also involved in Bioagra sales.

It seems that the web site changes from time to time, and others have also been designated as being involved in sales.  Warren Robold, for example, was at one time listed as Director of US and International Sales.  (I think if you view the "slideshow" you will see this listing.) Warren is actually an independent contractor engaged in full-time sales of Agrastim.  That's all he does.  He works soley on commission.  Warren has several distributors set up, both in the US, and internationally.

The structure of sales is still evolving at BIOAGRA, and all of "the sales guys" (except Warren's distributors) were at the EXPO working the show.

I have no idea how much Agrastim has actually been sold.  I am aware of purchases of $3,000 in sales here, and $4,000 in sales there, (150 kilos here, 200 kilos there, etc.) but have no clue as to the total sold to date.  The SEC filings will probably be no help, because until revenue comes from BIOAGRA to Vyta Corp, it does not have to be reported.

I am a shareholder.....Nobody special.  I hold quite a few shares.  I am not an employee of the company, nor am I related to anyone in the company.  I DO have a vested interest in the company because I am a shareholder.  I talk to people at the company (on every level) as often as I can without becoming a pest.

I post a lot because I happen to do a LOT of research about the company and the Agrastim market as part of my due diligence.  I am an insomniac, and spend several hours a day(night) doing research.  I am very interested in the issues of antibiotic resistant bacteria, and the related health issues.  I find a lot of information, and I post some of it here, and on my blog for others who might be interested.  My daughter, who happens to have a rare immune related illness, has been greatly helped by Beta glucan, and so I have a personal interest there, as well.  I am curently auditing an immunology class, online, from the University of South Carolina Medical School, so that I have a better understanding of how Beta glucan works.

I hope the share price goes up.  I invested my money because I wanted to have a profitable investment.  If the share price goes up....I win.  If it goes down.....bummer.  I post here because I believe in the product, and believe we will ultimately have great commercial success.

Whenever the opportunity presents itself for me to make an introduction of the Company to a potential investor, OR a potential customer, I do my best to make it happen.  It is my way of working to make my investment successful.  I have gotten nothing in return except increased odds that my shares will someday be worth more than they are today.

I also happen to be pretty good at writing stuff.  It is not what I do for a living, but I enjoy it.  I practice a lot.

So, yesterday, after the Expo ended, one of "the sales guys" phoned me and said he was getting ready to head out of the country on another sales trip.  When he returns, he will immediately go to some sales calls in California and then on to a poultry show in the midwest.  He needed some ad copy for the show, and wondered if I would take some time and do an ad for him.  He wanted to have the day to conduct other business and spend some time with his family.

I took an hour and developed 2 ads.  I emailed them to him.  I did it because this guy is bustin' his butt to make sales, and because as he continues to be successful in selling product, WE ALL WIN!  I did not do it for money.  I have not, nor will I be paid for doing it.  I just am trying to do anything I can do that will help encourage the ultimate success of BIOAGRA, and therefore, Vyta Corp.  If Vyta Corp is successful, then the value of my many shares increases, and I can ultimately sell them for more than I paid for them.  (I hope it is a LOT more than I paid.  LOL)  That is my motivation.

When the final version of the ad is approved for publication, I will post it here so you can see that "the sales guys" are actually out there doing stuff.

Just...

I have a suggestion.

Why don't you pick up the phone and call the company?   I have always found that when I had a question, I could pick up the phone and call Vyta Corp at 303-592-1010, and Paul was more than happy to answer my questions.

If you have more specific questions of me, Agora has a means by which you can contact me.  You can click on my name and when my profile comes up you can send me an email.  I would be happy to reply.  Though I still may not divulge how many shares I own, I would be happy to share more about myself and why I am so bullish on this investment.

Regards,

-zties
