Geoff,

We shall address your guilty plea after this brief explanation:

The recent POS AM filing lists three additional blocks of shares for registration. Those blocks were: 150,000 shares; 300,000 shares and 125,000 shares, respectively. These are the 575,000 shares that had been issued to Arizcan Properties - and were accounted for in the 10Q filing - to which we referred in our previous post.

This is the ONLY change in the ammendment that we have been able to ascertain. It is our considered opinion that this is a negligible increase in the issued and outstanding, and is just a normal part of doing business.

As to changes between the 2006 registration statement and the POS AM filed in February of this year, there seem to be approximately 4,000,000 shares that were issued during that time - and were accounted for in regular quarterly filings - but which had not been registered hitherto. The POS AM in February took care of that bit of housekeeping.

The outstanding remains at 37,168,178 as previously stated in the most recent 10Q and as listed in the "fast facts" in the header of this forum last modified on June 13, 2008.

Now as to the matter of your plea of "guilty" to not paying attention:

Since this is your first observed offense, and since you have shown remorse as evidenced in the attention you have paid to our tedious explanation if the POS AM (yes, this was a test, and since you are still reading - you passed with flying colors) ...we are willing to overlook this offense.

However, we wish to issue this stern warning:

Failure to pay attention in the future COULD result in more serious consequences related to your portfolio.
