Geoff,
Interesting theory - this rear-view mirror stuff.
There are other perameters that are intuitive, but there are also self-imposed thresholds. I have always admired a friend who sold a block at $6.50 - or so - while the rest of us were still out buying paper towels and Windex to clean the mirror. By the time the dust settled and the view was clear, my friend was barely visble in the tail lights.
I wish I had a dollar for every time an investor told me, "Man I wish I had sold some of my shares at ...."
I suspect the move to the upside will be similar and that there will be a few who will sense the Point of Maximum Pessimism, while the majority will still be adjusting their mirrors.
My hat's off to whoever picked up 75+K today at 12 cents.
