I suppose I agree with the points you presented in your message.
However, philosophically I don't agree.
This is another case of someone getting paid for misleading investors.
What expertise does Mr. Bartoletta provide? How involved was he with all of the forecasting provided before, and during, the construction of the manufacturing facilty? As a shareholder I remember being told that demand would result in sales of all product... That never happened.
What a great country we live in... so many people are being paid salaries and consulting fees for absolutely nothing. The people being screwed (sorry, this was the least offensive word I could think of) are the investors and the shareholders, and (in my opinion), we aren't saying enough.
