I think that if you will go back to my 4/27/09 reply on this subject, you will recall that I stated I was aware of the filing of this trademark application and had searched the USPTO site to determine the status. That is when I discovered that it had been granted. It has nothing to do with coincidence.

I, like other investors in Vyta Corp, was extermely disappointed to find out that Vyta Corp and BIOAGRA, LLC had ceased operations. As you know, I have long been extremely optimistic about the potential of this investment and have supported the Company in whatever way I was able. I invested far more than I care to admit, and am still holding a large number of shares. I have a number of friends and family members who have also invested heavily in Vyta Corp. They, too, continue to hold shares. The level of disappointment has been devestating to some.

I continue to believe very strongly in the technology and the viability of the science behind the Beta glucan products for both human and agricultural applications. It is my hope, that something can be salvaged from this and that someday those who have invested in Vyta Corp will have opportunity to recover their investment capital.

Through my investment in Vyta Corp, I have gotten to know Paul Metzinger and am pleased to consider him a friend. I believe I can safely say that there was no one who was any more disappointed than he that things did not work out the way we all had hoped. I wish the very best for Paul and his family, as well as for all the friends I have made over the years through Vyta Corp.
