I see that, Jigsaw, however, I just looked at OTCBB.com quote and now VYTC is gone but BLABD has taken over the change.

It shows the outstanding at 45 million shares which is appropriate for VytaCorp when it filed the 15D July 2010.

I will be watching for SEC filings and such. I cannot imagine anyone/company doing such a r/s when the outstanding is less than 200 million shares. And I cannot not imagine anyone stupid enough to come out with a r/s at the getgo of a new company.

Let's keep an eye on filings and news. With the ticker change, we should see news next week along with filings.
