The reason there has not been a response is that the information you request needs be revealed through SEC filings.

Also, if you read the 10Q recently released last week, most, if not all that you ask is in there.

Just in case you have never read an SEC filing, here is a link and steps to begin your personal DD:

Click on Companies & other filers

Enter VYTC in the CIK or Ticker Symbol field (press enter).

Look for the 10QSB in the list of filings.

I would recommend clicking on the HTML field associated with the filings.

Read to your heart`s content.
