WiLAN is initiating a new program for engaging with our shareholders. WiLAN will conduct a shareholder outreach session following the release of the company's first quarter 2013 financial results. WiLAN’s President & CEO, Jim Skippen will be available on May 8, 2013 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET to answer shareholder questions.
Telephone calls with individual shareholders will be scheduled in 15 minute intervals. To request a telephone call, please email ir@wilan.com. In your email, provide your name, telephone number and availability during the period between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM ET on May 8, 2013. Timeslots will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis during your period of availability. Telephone calls will be recorded.
Based on the conduct of each shareholder discussion, WiLAN will evaluate the merits of future sessions.
