You are correct Okiedo; He did not specifically give September as the time he expects delivery of production from Eestor. That is when they hope to complete component testing. I apologise for posting an innacurate statement.
The relevant part of Zenns e-mail reads --
EEStor has also stated that their objective is to complete component testing by September 2009 and deliver production quality components and/or EESUs by the end of 2009. Please see the article from ‘All Cars Electric.’
That article similarly gives September for component testing and mentions production delivery by the end of 2009, which would be before the end of December, not September.
