It sure sounds like good news, but what has me even more excited is how it implies that the "conservative" (read longer than needed) time frame of July 2008 could be changed and the Record of Decision could be issued earlier.

I was wondering a few things. Do they have a current drilling program. Does anyone know of any articles regarding the economics of the cobalt market.
