unemployment numbers would be increasing at an increasing rate if each month they didn't readjust the prior months numbers upward making this month look better ... whether it is bad counting or manipulation to inspire confidence is up to you to decide

corporate profits are down and will continue to be down ... esp as laid off people really start scaling back.

Facts are facts .... all the rhetoric, all the confidence builders all the green shoots don't change reality.

Money is a commodity, used as a medium of exchange ... when you increase supply ... you lower the price .... when even at that lower price, nobody wants that money ... the fed buys the money themsleves .... if that isn't manipulation I don't know what is!

Gold and Silver markets are blatantly manipulated and the regulators not only turn a blind eye they encourage the practice by not even defining what manipulation is. The banks to big to fail continue shorting the only thing of vlaue rising.

The dollar may go up or down .... fundamentals say it will go down .... manipulation by a thoroughly corrupt government is doing everything it can to keep its value high until the collapse comes ... less chance of being lynched when it appears you tried as hard as you could.

When the dollar collapses some form of hyper inflation will kick in for some period of time, and then the government will seize control of the opportunity to tell the sheeople this is what we now must do and the rebuilding process will occur.

Wealth will be wiped out by those not holding real goods, and I do believe gold will take some blame and once again made illegal for private citizens to hold ...

for that reason never oppose the swiss banking system ... the depositers were not the criminals ... they are the people who recognized who the real criminals are and protected themselves against blatant theft by corrupt governments.
