In my industry the mansions keep getting built, with ridiculously high energy bills, more square footage than 2 house keepers can handle and a complete lack of understanding or careless planning of running and efficient house. If I could only capture some of that wasted money as people continue to live their insatiable lifestyles trying to surpass the Jone's. I would certainly put it to good use:

ie. a 3 bed bungalow with as many "barz" as I can bury in my basement....
