Which is why I maintain he WILL get the gold. To NOT pay him is to invite the very same run you just mentioned. If, however the return goes ahead with no problems it will have a calming affect on others who might be tempted to follow suit. Something to keep an eye on for sure.

Besides, I'm sure Venezuela has other assets that can be attached pending settlement of the lawsuits. UST bonds for example. They sell a lot of oil to the USA, so some of that income must make a round trip.
