The problem with a backlog that gets too big may result in loss of orders if the legislation kicks in and MSHA gets serious about fines. Just made myself laugh on the MSHA comment. We do need something soon though, you're certainly right about that. I'm not sure what we'll see by the end of the year but if it's not fairly substantial our sp will slip into oblivion, oh wait we're already there. LOL

The positives will come and are possibly lining up as we speak and if management handles it well, we should see recovery.
