ahhh the old averaging down method. I've been doing the same but haven't managed to get mine near as low as yours. Your almost even and I wonder how many Act holders can claim that, or am I the only idiot out here.

I looked back at the last 3 years and you're right about momentum building in Dec. Couple that with MSHA'S deadline (yet another one) and the possibilities are there. There has to be movement on that front at some point unless the gov't completely caves on the legislation.

There are definitely some other types of announcements due. Partnerships, coverage from Paradigm, possibly hard rock mines, and anything global would be a great boost. We know we have the goods so as long as management can deliver we will see improvement.

I wonder if we went back to last year at this level and checked the messages would we see the same as we're seeing now.
