It's a small positive step in the right direction. Someone mentioned an article in ILN about Consol putting $1 billion into their mines this year in capital expenditures. Possible news that Consol will be adding C&T systems has leaked?

The other possibility is Paradigm coverage about to start. People may be ready to jump back in.
